Issue/Introduction

Current refresh rate for alarm view is 5 minutes. There is an issue when multiple operators are using DX for alarm views there is little synchronization between displays due to 5 minute refresh.

Alarm view needs to update to near real time

Resolution

Issue Description - Alarm table is not getting refreshed as per user need. 
Analysis Summary (High level view) - Currently alarm table refresh interval is not tenant specific. It is configured by default to 5 mins for all tenants. 

Root Cause – Alarm table refresh interval is configured by default to 5 mins for all tenants. This is configured in admin-ui. 
Resolution – Modified logic to have this configuration changed per tenant level. ALARM_REFRESH_INTERVAL can be used to change refresh interval per tenant. This configuration is available in doi-readserver. 

 Ex : ALARM_REFRESH_INTERVAL=DEFAULT:5,<TENANT_ID>:<Value>

60 second screen refresh on the alarm view has been enabled and is working correctly!
