Mainframe recording error No regions connected

Issue/Introduction

When tried to record CICS transactions we get the error message as No regions connected.

Environment

Release : 10.6

Component :

Cause

The mainframe CICS agents were not up and running.

Resolution

Make sure that the CICS agents can be seen running(green flag) as shown in below screenshot and confirm that other pre-requisite of copybook bundles is also met with correct copy book configured.:
