After a fresh installation of Spectrum, we were unable to log in to the OneClick web page and kept receiving an HTTP 408 timeout error immediately.
Providing the wrong credentials returns an incorrect credential error. With correct credentials, an HTTP 408 timeout error is displayed.

The web browser being used was IE 11, this web browser is no longer supported.
Changed to a supported web browser and then the customer could log in.
Closing the browser and re-launching it resolves the issue.
