This article walks through the steps to generate a support log bundle in the 2.0 platform.
Release : 2.0, 2.0.1, 2.1.0
1) SSH into your services VM as the ops user
2) Run the following commands:
$ caac collect_dbvm_logs
$ sudo /home/ops/collect_appvm_logs.sh
Note, that it is normal to see the following warnings:
cp: cannot stat ‘/var/log/auth.log*’: No such file or directory
3) Log into your dashboard
4) Click "Support" link in the navigation menu at the top
5) Click the "Download Support Bundle" button
