Common reasons to receive ESP7020W message on Encore JOBs

Issue/Introduction

We have a JOB AAA run this morning showing below messages in ESP STC JESMSGLG:
09.30.16 SCA6 JOB52526 *ESP7020W ESP ENCORE (SUBSYS=ESP1) 10,000 EXH * REQUESTS QUEUED

What has caused it and what should we do?

Release : 11.4 & 12.0

Component : ESP Encore Workload Automation

Resolution

It may not be of concern, if it stops showing after a short period of time. Quite possibly there were many JOBs ran thru Encore around the same time and caused the requests being queued up

As a generally approach, check following to make sure Encore has no problem when it occurs:
- Issue "OPER ENCPARM STATUS" from ESP Page mode, or following from MVS console to make sure Encore is active:
/F esp_stc,ENCPARM STATUS

- Run CYBRMSAN to make sure EXHFILE has no problem and enough space.
