ViewSubmittedTaskQueryFaultMessage not found error starting IDM connector in Portal - Error Code 20026

Issue/Introduction

Attempting to start the Identity Manager connector in the Portal fails with the error message:

Reload Connector Railed 
Java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Error Code 20026 ErrorFamily; GENERAL, Message com.idmlogic.sigma.backend.exceptions.BackendExceptions Failed initialization TEWS Client

This will occur when "ViewSubmittedTasksQuery" is set in the Connectors Web Services No Compile List:

 

The Portal requires ViewSubmittedTasksQuery to function correctly.  Remove this from the No Compile List and the connector will start correctly.
