Issue/Introduction

Test connection of IM Connector from IG UI failed with Invalid task submission status error like the following

2021-11-19 13:24:23,929 ERROR [im.webservices] (default task-36) Invalid task submission status. Failed to process configure web services configuration

Cause

Invalid IMRCM role

Resolution

Delete the IMRCM Role from Admin Role > Delete Admin Role. After the deletion of this role re-try to test the IG-IM connection.
