ecometer_monitoring mcs template migration after UIM upgrade from 9.2.0 to 20.3.30

Issue/Introduction

Will the ecometer_monitoring mcs template created on UIM 9.2.2 to 20.3.3 be migrated when UIM is upgraded to 20.3.3 with the latest MCS?

Resolution

Check the most recent ecometer_monitoring release note supported on UIM 20.3:

CA ecoMeter for UIM Efficiently Report can be used only with CA ecoMeter Administrator up to v5.10 for UMP configuration.

CA ecoMeter Administrator v 5.10 and later versions support Operator Console(OC) configuration only. (This version will be working on 20.3, and UMP is not available any more on 20.3 and later).

Also, make sure the server OS is supported for ecometer_monitoring probe 5.10/5.11. (compatibility matrix)
