Unable to install a root CA into the SpanVA

Issue/Introduction

Error: Unable to install the certificate. 

Error occurs when the filename contains spaces.   

Resolution

The SpanVA cannot handle spaces in the filename of the cert.

Remove the spaces from the certificate filename and re-add the certificate.

Broadcom is aware of the issue and will consider accommodating spaces within the filename in future versions.
