Cloud SWG (formally known as Web Security Service - WSS) license is close to expiry (or has already expired), and you want to understand how it would impact your Cloud SWG service.
The Cloud SWG product lifecycle (including add-ons) has three defined stages after expiration, with administration and functionality restrictions across each stage:
(1) EXPIRED: At license expiration you can no longer make config or policy changes in the Cloud SWG Portal
(2) DISABLED: 30 days after expiration your Cloud SWG account is disabled and the Cloud SWG service is no longer functional
(3) DELETED: 90 days after expiration your Cloud SWG account and all reporting data is permanently deleted (and not recoverable)
Cloud SWG license is approaching expiry.
