Received request to delete some very old IN-EDIT packages from Package Control File from development staff. Many of these packages are non-sharable and created by long gone developers.
Is there a way to delete these IN-EDIT package using Endevor utilities?

Define a SUPER-USER in the ENCOPTBL:
