Issue/Introduction

We are getting connection refused on one of the netapp_ontap array profiles.

Dec 01 02:37:24:806 [attach_socket, netapp_ontap] com.netapp.nmsdk.client.ApiProtocolException: Connection error to Storage System 10.12.44.13: Connection refused (Connection refused)

Environment

Release : 20.3

Component : UIM - NETAPP_ONTAP

Cause

This message is caused by a communication problem with the storage system.

Resolution

This needs to be managed by the network teams to allow the communication with the device (http/https).
