The DX NetOps Performance Management Data Aggregator is reporting a Firewall device with Status = Management Lost. That status is only visible in the devices Details tab in the DA Monitored Devices Inventory.
This Firewall is indeed no longer responding to SNMP while still being Reachable using ICMP. The state is correct.
At the same time, the DX NetOps PC Portal Context Report for this Firewall device with 100% Reachability.
There is no indication on the PC Portal Conext Report on the device details or summary page Views that this Firewall is not responding SNMP.
How do DX NetOps PC Portal web UI users (non Administrators) determine that a device, like the Firewall in the example, are no longer responding to SNMP?
