Unable to Login to GCP SaaS

Issue/Introduction

We put new GCP customer behind SSO; however service partners will need to be able to bypass SSO and login. The Clarity account is available, but when user goes to the PPMSSO URL they get an error message.

Component : CLARITY SECURITY INTEGRATION

Resolution

Consultants from Partners will be a member of different Clarity SaaS customer groups and see all the groups when they log in with PPMSSO URL.

Customers are mapped to Clarity URLs in 2 different domains

1) Ondemand.ca.com are migrated customers (Ex. NA: https://cppmssous02.ondemand.ca.com/ppmsso/csso)
2) Clarityppm.saas.broadcom.com are new customers (Ex. NA: https://cppmssous01.clarityppm.saas.broadcom.com/ppmsso/csso)

Consultant user will not be able to access customer URL for the PPM with domain that is not matching.

Follow the steps in the following section of the documentation. Note how the URL that needs to be used differs based on the region the customer's environment is hosted in.
