unable to connect to web internet archive from Infrastructure Manager

Issue/Introduction

When we try to connect to the internet archive it does not allow and eventually connects to local archive only.

Component : UIM - INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER

Resolution

From the workstation where the IM client is itself installed, ensure you can access both http://support.nimsoft.com and http://archive.nimsoft.com in a web browser.

When accessing http://archive.nimsoft.com you should get a "401 Unauthorized" error in the browser.  If you get some other error, or the page does not respond, you should check with your network team to ensure your workstation is allowed to connect to both URLs.

The IM client downloads packages from these URLs and then transfers them to the hub, so the connectivity must be achieved from the IM workstation, not the primary hub.
