ASM enhancement - need that when a monitor fails, the next check maintain the interval period defined in the monitor

Issue/Introduction
This is an example of a monitor defined with a 20 minutes interval. It fails at 10:47 but the next check is executed at 10:53 (5 minutes).
We need a way to configure that this monitor in the next test to be executed 20 minutes after, at 11:07.
