Cause
File Ownership is incorrect
Resolution
Check the SDM directory listing
Ensure that the files are owned with correct user if it is installed by a user other than root.
Example:
sdmLog.log is owned by root
change the ownership with the installed user
Recycle the SDMConnector service.
