SEPFLにてLUA 経由でSEP14.3RU3の定義ファイルの更新ができない

Issue/Introduction

LiveUpdate Administrator (LUA) にて Symantec Endpoint Protection 14.3 RU3 のダウンロードと配布を行いました。

しかし、SEPクライアント (SEP version:14.3.202.3000) 側にて定義ファイルが更新されない状況が続いております。（2021/12/16現在）

LUA側設定：

Product = Symantec Endpoint Protection 14.3 RU3 English
Content Updates :
- Client - SymPlatform Definitions (Linux)
- Virus and Spyware Definitions for Linux

Environment

Release : 2.3.8, 2.3.9

Component : LUA

Cause

LUAが以下のコンテンツをダウンロードしない問題です。

SymPlatform_Linux-SEP 14.3 RU1 TCP_MicroDefsB.CurDefs_SymAllLanguages

Resolution

LUAのカタログに同コンテンツの定義「Client - SymPlatform Definitions TCP (Linux)」が新たに追加されました。

- Content Updates
  - Client - SymPlatform Definitions TCP (Linux)

LUAにおいて、カタログ更新とダウンロード・配布に同コンテンツを追加してください。

注意： 配布センターの製品リストへの追加も必要となります。
