Tracking global time zone settings changes

We have noticed that we see a different time zone when checking out a password or running a report. We found that the time zone under Settings > Global Settings > Default Preferences must have been changed recently. How can we see when it was changed, and who/what might have changed it?

PAM will log a PAM-CMN-1449 message in the session log on the node where the change was made. The message will not show specifics on a time zone change, but the time of the messages, and the user name(s) associated with them, should be sufficient to find out who changed it last. If you have syslog server integration, you can look for these messages on your syslog server(s). In a cluster the change could have been made on any primary site node.
