Customer is unable to find pdm_startup.i file in their Secondary Server

Default Windows Location:

C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\Service Desk Manager\pdmconf

Release : 17.3

Component : SDM - Configuration

Resolution

Confirmed this was the same configuration in one of our test environments.
