Browser Intrusion Prevention blocks URLs added to the exceptions policy

Issue/Introduction

Whitelisted URLs on the exceptions policy or within the Network Intrusion Prevention section are still blocked.

None of the exceptions apply to this type of protection (browser intrusion protection), the option is to disable this checkbox. We do have multiple layers of protection, including Network IPS, network access, and file protections.

 

Please check the option shown here in the policy:

 

Once done, it should allow blocked URLs to work in browsers.
