Error retrieving alerts at OC console alarm page

Issue/Introduction

On opening the alarms page at OC console receive the  below error message

ERROR Message:

Error retrieving alarms

 

 

Environment

Release : 20.3

Component : Operator console alarm view

Resolution

At operator console machine 

A> Redeployed the  list of probes

 1: UMP_slm 20.33 hf2
 2: wasp_alarmviewerAPI 2.17hf2

B> Deactivate  the wasp probe

C> clear the work folder

D> activate the wasp probe

Now alarms are working fine
