Bridge service not using NTLM authentication for Endpoint Protection Manager enrollment.

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to enroll the Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) to the cloud, the connection fails.  Uploader.log shows the proxy connection is attempting to use Basic authentication when the NTLM has been specified.

Resolution
