ARCHIVE LOG S0C9 in RHDCPLOG after upgrade to 19.0

Issue/Introduction

Running the ARCHIVE LOG utility after upgrading to IDMS 19.0 failing with a S0C9.

The error module was RHDCPLOG:

IDI0002I Module RHDCPLOG, CSECT RHDCPLOG, offset X'6426': Abend S0C9 (Fixed-Point-Divide Exception)

Resolution

The S0C9 abend can be caused by log records from a previous IDMS version being present in the DCLOG file.

It is a requirement after upgrading to 19.0 to FORMAT the DCLOG file,

This is mentioned in the cover letter for IDMS 19.0. 

If you are doing an upgrade install, you should offload your log and run the FORMAT utility to format the log prior to bringing up your CA IDMS 19.0 CV.
