Jaspersoft Advanced Reporting Cannot Finish Loading Intermittently

Issue/Introduction

The browser does not finish loading Jaspersoft Advanced Reporting
Manage > Users or
Manage > Roles

 

Cause

In one use case, in reviewing the issue from 2 browsers, the issue appears when using the Chrome and Edge browsers, but not from the Firefox browser.

The HAR files produced shows timeout error:
/reportservice/rest_v2/bundles/AttributeBundle 

When the issue is tried from the local browser on the server, the issue is not reproduced.

Resolution

The Microsoft Edge browser version 95 was chosen as the issue was not reproducible with this version.
