How to clear Predictive alarms

Need to clear predictive alarms..

 

Environment

Release : 21.3 and SAAS

Component : CA DOI CAPACITY PREDICTIVE ANALYTICS

Resolution

There is an option to clear alarms in bulk from UI, please follow the below steps to achieve this
(This is not a new feature and was available at the time of the webex.) I went over this with him
 
  1.  Navigate to "All Alarms"
  2. Click on the "Triple dot menu" , on the right hand top corner and select "All alarms"
  3. click on the filter and in "Alarm Type" , set to "Prediction"
  4. in the alarms listed , you should be able to see a checkbox on the left of "Alarm Type" header, please check that
  5. on checking the check box, all the prediction alarms should be selected and a link will be appearing on the top of the screen with  message similar to " All 50 alarms on this page are selected. Select all 291 alarms in filtered dataset and ‘Clear’ "  clicking on the link in the message will open a dialog box, with the option to clear all alarms.
