Blacked out Menu Bar in Modern UX

Issue/Introduction

The menu bar on the left side of the new UX screen is blacked out- this occurred after the recent upgrade. How do we get it back so it can be visible?

Release : 16.0.0

Component : Clarity MUX UI Usability

Resolution

In New UX under Administration->System settings, having Background Color 'Default' and Foreground Color 'Dark' causes the menu bar to appear greyed out. Set Foreground color to 'Light' or 'Default' and the menu bar will appear normal, light icons with a dark background.
