Error 404 when logging into Identity Manager and Identity Portal from SSO FCC page

Issue/Introduction

vAPP server getting error 404 error and not able to login IDM user console or Identity Portal, Tried reboot and restart many times but still not coming up. 

Also getting [ERROR] Identity Portal User Console is not available (Main Connector is down or not defined).

 

Cause

When logging in via the SiteMinder SSO FCC  page, this indicates the application is protected by SSO. 

Make sure the SSO components including the Policy Store, Policy Server, and Web Agents are up and running.

Resolution

Error 404s were resolved for IM and IP after restarting the SSO Policy Server.
