After upgrading customer can not deploy files
HRefresh Logs show the following Error:
I00060040: New connection with Broker <BrokerName> established.
E0302014b: Incorrect login. Please try again.
Error: Could not create session.
The checkout to <Directory> on <BrokerName> failed with error code 5.
On Target Machine, we see the following error:
ERROR: Unable to open password file: hserverauth.dfo
Release : 14.0
Component : CA Harvest Software Change Manager
Customer had to create a new encrypted Password file as it referenced their local user store and they were using LDAP
