Issue/Introduction

Devices are not polling and not assigned to the correct SNMP profile

1. When the devices were discovered using a discovery profile, they were discovered and we are able to see the metrics discovered.

2. SNMP profile was showing as -1 instead of the actual profile name.

3. We do not see any data for those devices. 

 

Environment

Release : 20.2

Component : IM Polling

Resolution

Restarting the Data Collector corrected the issue on impacted devices.

systemctl stop dcmd
systemctl start dcmd
