Cannot see 'Manage' and 'Create' menu in Advanced Reporting

Issue/Introduction

In Advanced Reporting, only 'Library' and 'View' menu items are appearing for a Clarity Administrator. 'Manage' and 'Create' menu item do not appear. What may be the reason for this behaviour?

Component : CLARITY JASPERSOFT

Cause

This is caused by Advance reporting access rights in Clarity not correctly mapped to Jaspersoft access right (Assigned Roles).

Resolution

Run the 'Create and Update Jaspersoft Users' job to create required Roles in Advanced Reporting.
