DXOI -saas doesn't recieve spectrum data/ alarms anymore

DX Operational Intelligence DX OI SaaS CA Spectrum

Issue/Introduction

Since this last Friday our DXOI- SaaS enviroment doesn't receive anymore Spectrum alarms/
We still have alarms in spectrum but this isn't being  sent to DXOI.

The Spectrum Data Publisher log showed teh following errors

Resolution

Problem was due to expired or invalid tenant token.

Reset the SDP parameters using run.bat reset and provided new token details
