Reporter not showing new logs information post upgrade.

Issue/Introduction

Reporter is not showing data post upgrade to 10.6.2.1

Component : NA

Cause

Reporter is configured to store logs locally and use local log source for processing.

ProxySG is configured to upload logs to reporter using FTP services and store on configured folder.

In the packet capture we can see the Proxy is not receiving any response from the reporter on TCP port 21 which is used for FTP communication.

Reporter FTP services seems to be not listening on the FTP port TCP 21.

Resolution

Disable and re-enable FTP services on the reporter to resolve the issue.
