Issue/Introduction

User has planner rights enabled on their account, however, they are not seeing the Portfolio -> Capacity Planning  &  Portfolio -> Plan Progression menu options.   

Cause

This can be caused when the pages have been hidden in the menu by the user.

Resolution

To unhide these pages,

  1. Click the Portfolio menu item
  2. Click the Pencil icon to the right of the menu dropdown
  3. Locate the pages prefixed with (Hidden)
  4. Click the gear icon next to them
  5. Click "Unhide from me"
  6. Click the "pencil" icon once again to exist menu edit mode
