Issue/Introduction

A subset of our team is unable to log on to EEM using their User ID under the Application: WorkloadAutomationAE (they are able to log on when WCC004 is used), error below:

What are the policies that control this so we can add them?

EEM Version:

Environment

Release : 12

Component : WA AE/AUTOSYS RELATED EEM

Resolution

For each application in EEM, WorkloadAutomationAE or WCC0004  you will want to review their scoping policies.

Since you are only concerned with AE look at "WorkloadAutomationAE Admin Policy" under the scoping policies.
 - Gives full access rights to all users in the WorkloadAutomationAEAdmin Group to administer the security policy
By default users who are a member of the group ug:WorkloadAutomationAEAdmin will have access.

You can add the user who need access to that group or add those users or one of their common group memberships directly to that policy so they all get access and then they should be able to login and see the WorkloadAutomationAE objects in EEM.
