In/out of Maintenance Spectrum not synced to PM

Issue/Introduction

Customer has a maintenance schedule in spectrum that puts some devices in maintenance. This syncs to PM without any issue. 

Every Monday morning the maintenance schedule ends and the devices are put out of of maintenance.

This is synced with PM as well and for most devices all goes well except for few devices which stay in maintenance in PM but they are not in Spectrum.

Resolution

Apply Spectrum_10.04.03.D183b patch 

or

Change the Incremental Sync on PM side via a MySQL update to data_sources2 PollInterval column manually

Changed it from 5 minutes (default value) to 10 minutes solved the issue.
