Observed high memory utilization in SNMP tool

Issue/Introduction

While monitoring the memory usage on an SNMP Tool, the "Memory Usage" and "Memory Free" columns do not add up/calculate to the total memory available and buffer cacher memory. Hence it generates the alerts "High Memory Utilization".  

Cause

This is expected behavior due to how current Linux kernels manage memory.
