Issue/Introduction

In the Clarity UI, both classic and MUX you can enter a money value up to 25 digits.  However in the data warehouse only 15 digits are allowed. Anything over 15 will show 0 values for the field

STR:

1. In a cost plan either in Classic or MUX add 5 lines.
   - Does not matter how many periods, we only need 1.

2. For the 5 lines, add one of the below for each line.
 a.     22222222222222
 b.     3333333333333
 c.     444444444444
 d.     55555555555
 e.     6666666666

3. Make sure time slicing job runs
4. Run Load Data Warehouse job
5. Check the table dwh_fin_plan_period_facts table for the cost plan or
   - create an ad-hoc view from the financial management domain.

    In my example, the fin_plan = 5000001
    so my query was
    select * from dwh_fin_plan_period_facts where plan_key = 5000001

Expected Results:  I see the costs for each row in the query results

Actual Results:   Only costs with 11 digits or lower show costs in DWH
