Unable to reinstall AD Gateway once removed

Issue/Introduction

If an endpoint agent had the AD Gateway feature installed and later removed, the same machine may fail to re-deploy as an AD Gateway.

Cause

This action is not possible if the device was not restarted after removing the AD Gateway feature.

Resolution

To resolve the issue you must perform the following steps:

1. Delete the AD Gateway from the ICDm console
2. Reboot the device
3. Re-deploy the device as an AD Gateway
