Host Configuration tab in Spectrum OneClick grayed out for Cisco 3636

Issue/Introduction

We have several Cisco 3636 devices modeled in Spectrum. The Host Configuration tab in the Component Detail tab in Spectrum OneClick is grayed out for some of these models while it is available for others.

Environment

Release : Any

Component : Spectrum Applications - Network Configuration Manager (NCM)

Cause

The models where the Host Configuration tab is grayed out are not members of an NCM Device Family.

Resolution

Add the model to a Device Family

- Find and select the model

- Right mouse click on the model and select Add To -> Device Family

- Select the Device Family from the list and click on the OK button
