Authentication errors in Restmon log file

Issue/Introduction

We have deployed a new version of Restmon and we are seeing these errors in the restmon.log file every 15 seconds:

2021-10-18 14:51:46,054 [Timer-0] ERROR SupportabilityManagerPoller:80 - Harvest supportability failed: 401,600,-: UNAUTHORIZED, -
2021-10-18 14:52:01,083 [Timer-0] ERROR SupportabilityManagerPoller:80 - Harvest supportability failed: 401,600,-: UNAUTHORIZED, -
2021-10-18 14:52:16,046 [Timer-0] ERROR SupportabilityManagerPoller:80 - Harvest supportability failed: 401,600,-: UNAUTHORIZED, -

What we need to set to avoid this error and what the values would be?  This seems not to affect core functionality.

Release : 21.3

Component : CA DOI RESTMON

Resolution

ERROR about SupportabilityManagerPoller resolved after configuration of the new token.

The OI online guide mentioned that RESTMon Supportability-Metrics requires an "agent token".

You can create a new "agent token" via APM -> security.

This error is a benign log message and will not affect functionality as it coming from the supportability metrics push attempt and if it is not configured it will add these statements into the log.
