Issue/Introduction

Unable to save email setting for SOI Manager when clicking on the Save button.

 

Environment

Release : 4.0

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Manager

Resolution

In the Manager Configuration -> Email Configuration, when clicking on the save button the settings are not being saved.  Browser is preventing re-direct from UI page to Manager.

 

Went directly to the SOI Manager admin webpage

http://<manager hostname>:7090/sam/admin

Select Email Configuration, enter the info and was able to save the settings.
