Unable to configure emails using SMTP and getting apache tomcat error.

HTTP Status 404 - /sam/admin/admin/email-config.jsp

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Manager


In the Manager Configuration -> Email Configuration, when he click on the save button, he getting 

HTTP Status 404 - /sam/admin/admin/email-config.jsp


The 404 error means file not found which is correct since the browser is trying to access the invalid path to the email-config.jsp file.

The correct path should have been /sam/admin/email-config.jsp


The IE browser did not have jsp enable which is what cause the problem.


When we use another browser, we did not get this error.
