When selecting Clarity Dev or Prod environment link we see an error

Issue/Introduction

When I try to hit the Dev environment currently I first see the following:

Which I would expect however when selecting the Dev link I am then presented with this error:

Resolution

Per the error, "Unknown Parameter on Clarity Link URL"... It is likely the SSO URL has something in it that is causing the error. To resolve, first inspect the SSO URL and also check the Okta Prod/Dev group names for any characters (for example, "&") that might be be problematic when the SSO URL got crafted for using it.
