The 14.3 platform support matrix (PSM) notes that IM 14.3 CP2 is supported on Windows 2019 along with Jboss 7.2.0, however, according to Redhat support, this version is not supported.

Release : 14.3

Component : IdentityMinder(Identity Manager)

Broadcom has listed Windows 2019 in our platform matrix (PSM) as a supported OS platform for the overall product stack (Provisioning and Connector servers etc.,). At the time of publication, we did not scrutinize the Redhat OS support matrix, however as you have correctly noted, it does not show Windows 2019.

We reached out to the Redhat team to discuss another customer issue and they mentioned, the platforms listed in their documentation are tested configurations but that doesn't mean that it will not work.  Although it is not listed in Redhat's platform matrix, as part of our pre-release schedule we checked and tested it on Windows 2019.  So far no errors have been identified or reported.

The IGA OS certification is broad-based and not specific to Jboss 7.2. We certify IGA with all the supported third-party components like WAS, WebLogic, Oracle, SQLServer etc.  Customers can choose the IGA platform based on the supportability of third-party components like Jboss.

If you wish to have the supported configuration from both Broadcom and Redhat you will need to deploy Windows 2106 and JBoss EAP 7.2
