Security Incidents Feed shows "API access pending approval" under Incidents Feed Pull

Issue/Introduction

When trying to integrate the Symantec Integrated Cyber Exchange with Symantec Endpoint Protection Mobile (SEP Mobile), you see the error "API access pending approval" after selecting "Symantec Integrated Cyber Exchange" in the Pull using field within SEP Mobile -> Settings -> Security Incidents Feed.

Cause

An API token has not yet been generated.

Resolution

To resolve this, in SEP Mobile go to Settings -> API and click the button to generate an API token. Once this has been generated the Incidents Feed should now be populated on the Security Incidents Feed tab.
