How to manually remove Connector from Connector Configuration Page

Issue/Introduction

I have removed servicenow connector data from database.  After I restart all services and not the servicenow connector, the connector shows green on admin page and I cannot stop it to remove the connector.

Not sure what to do the next.

Environment

Release : 4.2

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Manager

Resolution

Here are the steps:

Stop all SOI services

In the SOI Database, edit the ConnectorConfiguration table and delete that old SN connector entry.

Start all SOI services
