Order of Roadmap Items in Timeline View

Issue/Introduction

Is there a logic to the order that roadmap items are displayed in the timeline view?

 

Environment

Release : 15.9

Component :

Cause

The roadmap items can be drag and dropped by anyone who has access and can change,
therefore it will not sort randomly.

Resolution

According to an action trace performed on the test server, 
if there exists a swimlane, e.g = Work status
1. it will first use the order of the lookup as it appears in the UI
2. then it will sort by the start date of the roadmap item
3. then it will sort by the roadmap name.
