Auto Operators Not Working On Alarms coming from API on our Secondary Hub

Issue/Introduction

Alarms are able to be generated from our secondary hub that has the api on it as well, however when we create an auto operator it seems it never acts upon the alarm, all other auto operators seem to work. Why is this how can this be corrected?

Use nas 9.32HF1Set the nas debug setting level to 5 with logsize of 100000, and  enrichment_loglevel to 5 and enrichment_logsize to 100000.Reproduce the issue and examine the nas and alarm_enrichment logs.

 

The nas Activity log when enabled should show you more information:

 

- Customer used the approach described above and found that the root cause was the regex being used so they changed it.
