Issue/Introduction

You are trying to setup a workflow on Task/To Do based processes. In the processes, the To Do object shows up if you choose Task as primary object. You can choose the To Do options while building the expression/condition and set attribute values for it in the process, however the To Do object is not event enabled (the tick of 'Event Enabled' check box is not checked). PMO is installed.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Create a process named 'test' - associated to Task object and with Auto-start Option, click save.
2. In the Start Options - Set Condition - under Object, select "To Do (Subobject) (Subobject)"
3. Set any attribute value in the Start Condition Builder

Expected Results: The To Do object to be event enabled/allowed so we may configure the To Do based processes
Actual Results: The To Do object is not event enabled

Resolution

Per Engineering, regarding DE63423 - To Do object is not event enabled and creating a process based on the Task primary object results in the user being able to configure the To Do in the process builder, eventually this will get removed from the Clarity system and the To Do will no longer be seen in the Clarity Process configuration area. As a result of the To do will get removed from the system, and hence won't be seen in Process configuration, Engineering requested not to use as the Object itself obsolete and any actions performed in the Processes won't have any effect on system. This change needs a small enhancement as a lot of cleanup is required to remove the To Do from the Process configuration area, so they expect to get moved out of system in future releases.
